Snoflake was a recruitment tool built around a simple thesis: people are not their resumes, and the best cultural fit rarely shows up on paper. I co-developed the product strategy with my partner, designed the brand identity, and built the full UX for web and mobile. Funding fell through before launch, but the concept and design system are intact — and the conviction that drove it is something I'd build again.
